The last night we were there, we went to Matthew and Carrie's house for a cookout (Hoosiers don't say barbecue, they call them cookouts). This was the very first time I've had a bratwurst. (At least that I can remember) My family was shocked I had never had a bratwurst before. I did have one and they are okay. Not my first choice at a BBQ, but I'd have one again.

While Mama ate her first bratwurst, Lily had PB&J and from the mess on her face, I guess she enjoyed it!
Lily got to swing on Cassie's swingset. Uncle Matt was nice enough to push her for quite awhile!

I think the first solid food I ever had was a bratwurst, but then again my family is from wisconsin!
