Yesterday I was trying to get caught up on my Oprah shows. I didn't watch any while in Indiana. The one that interested me most was the Protect our Children Act show. This show was so much more disturbing than I would have ever imagined. Babies, yes, I said babies, toddlers and children are being raped and molested while being videotaped in this country for the sick pleasure of many many people. I balled my eyes out almost the entire show.
There is legislation going to the Senate within the month of September.
Please please please write to your Senators in your state to urge them to pass: The PROTECT our Children Act: Senate Bill 1738

Please do this, it took me under 5 minutes to write to both my Senators. No child should ever have to endure such violence. These people who are committing these crimes must be found so they cannot hurt anymore children.

I think I'm glad I missed the show. I can''t handle shows like that either.
