A Good Time over Nap Time

This is what we heard from Lily's room during nap time the other day. Not sure what she was banging on, but she sure thought it was funny!

While Lily jabbers...

Lily is upstairs and she is supposed to be sleeping. But, all I hear is her talking and laughing. Oh, that child! She's been up there for a good 30 minutes too. Hopefully she will settle down and nap. I get a treat today as David took today off and I get to see a couple of my friends without the Lilypad. A nice little break! I wasn't feeling so hot last night and this morning, so resting and just hanging out today sounds great.

Our friend Shauna gave us some letters at my baby shower. We finally hung them up in Lily's room!

It was a LOVEly Week

Happy belated Valentine's Day to all my friends and family. I send lots of love and hugs to you all.

  • Leanne - Happy Birthday - February 13th
  • Melanie - Happy Birthday - February 14th
  • Joseph - Congratulations cousin on the birth of your daughter! - February 13th

Lily practicing her puzzle. Guess she thought it was easier to place the pieces in her mouth instead of the board.

Lily wants YOU for her Valentine

This was my "love letter" from my husband this Valentine's. There is a cookie inside with sweet notes. Thank you David! You are so very sweet and thoughtful. Love you!

Last Saturday, David and Lily spent the day together. This was their adventure to Bear Creek Dog Park.

Is it Really almost Friday?

The weeks are flying by for me. Perhaps because my mornings are busy with working outside the house?
Tomorrow I will work in the morning, then I'll be meeting up with some Mommy girl friends in the afternoon. Saturday I will be in Denver for a Lemongrass Spa convention. I will be away from Lily from approximately 8am to 5pm. This will be the longest I have been away from her. We'll see how it works out. May be a long day for David!

Although Lily can take some steps on her own - she prefers the hand of Mom or Dad

Gotta get in my 64oz!
