Allergies or a Cold?

Well, looks like I may have picked up on Lily's cold. I thought it was allergies, but now I'm questioning that as I feel like I have a cold today. Ho hum. Hopefully soon I will feel better. Being pregnant and watching a 19 month old while sick just isn't so fun.

Lily is doing better. She still has a lingering cough, but she is basically back to being herself again. One of her favorite activities is to pretend she is running in the Olympics. She starts at the far back of the room and waits for me to say "On your mark, get set, go" and runs over to the couch. We clap and cheer and do it all over again. Lily is enjoying the Olympics as much as her Mom and Dad. Her all time favorite is swimming!!

Lily also likes to wear pants/shorts with pockets. She has a thing for putting her hands in her pockets. Reminds me of Michael J Fox back in the '80s. He always seemed to walk with his hands in his pockets!! Seriously, watch Back to the Future and Teenwolf again :)

Up and down

Lily had a fever last Friday, felt better on Saturday and Sunday, now she seems to have a cold today (Monday). Perhaps the fever was the start of the cold?? She has a cough and a bit of a runny nose. Poor girl! We stayed in today and will probably be in tomorrow. Our big adventure was getting the mail!

I'm working hard right now on my Lemongrass Spa business. I must admit, I don't really do too much with it, but I love getting the discounts and doing the few parties I do! Lemongrass is retiring several of their scents and bringing on new scents and products. This means I had to revamp my presentation. I worked on it for quite awhile last night and some today while Lily napped. I'm way way excited for the new facial line. We still have our Tea Tree for oily skin and our line for dry to normal skin. Now we have a facial mist, mask, polish and cleansing gel! I'm ordering some for myself to try. I plan to have a "facial party" probably end of next month.

Mmm cake!

Lily has been running a fever since last night, so we are dealing with a sick baby. Never fun. She is being a trooper. We took her to the Doc's this morning and no real diagnosis. Ears look good and everything looks/sounds good. So, we'll see. Her temp was 102 degrees and the Doc said that is too high for just teething. I hope she feels better soon. So hard for Mommies to see their kiddos sick.

Bonnie's Wedding and Oh Boy!

This weekend was my sister, Bonnie's wedding! She and Mark got married on Saturday, August 9th at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Indianapolis. It was an awesome wedding! Their reception was at the Marten House, also in Indy.
I'm currently downloading some pictures and awaiting more pictures.

David and I also went in for our ultrasound today to check in on Baby #2. We found out we are having a boy!! One of each for David and me!

This is the ultrasound picture of proof of boy-ness. It's a bit hard to see, but for David and me in the ultrasound room, it was quite obvious.

Bachelorette Party

The Bride to be...

My sister, Bonnie had her Bachelorette party on Saturday. Unfortunately I couldn't be there as I'm not leaving for Indy until later this week. They made a "flat Jenny", so I was there in spirit. Even if I was in Indy, I probably couldn't have attended all the festivities, as Indy doesn't have a smoke free bar environment.
