1/2 Birthdays

Today we celebrated Lily and Jack's half birthday. Since their birthdays fall into the holiday season, I thought it might be a neat tradition to celebrate with friends in the summer when life isn't so busy with the holidays. We can keep their real birthdays for the family. David felt a little funny singing Happy Birthday when it really wasn't their birthdays, but I think it was still fun. I'll let the kids decide what they want when they are older. Lily was all too excited nonetheless.
