My friend Amy came to visit me a week ago. It was so very nice to get to hang out with her again! It was almost like college - okay, not really, but close enough!
Amy and I went to
D Bar Desserts up in Denver and had a yummy meal/dessert. The owner of D Bar Desserts is on Food Network (which I am a junkie) and I was a bit starstruck to see him there.
We also hung out at a sleepy coffeehouse and I taught (or attempted to teach) Amy how to crochet. We ate some more yummy food from
Thai Basil and
Colorado Mountain Brewery. It was an awesome weekend!
